Wyoming ED job opening

Wyoming Tennis Association seeks a motivated, energetic and dynamic individual to serve as the association’s Executive Director, Junior Development and District League Coordinator with the goal of increasing both junior and adult participation in the sport of tennis.  This is a full-time position based within the State of Wyoming. This individual serves at the pleasure of the Board of Directors and works from a home office. Travel throughout the state is required. Prospective candidates should be able to meet travel demands and work several weekends throughout the year.

General Responsibilities: 
* Collaboration with USTA Intermountain, USTA membership, CTA’s, clubs, pros, schools, coaches, and other partners.
* Marketing and regular communication through eblasts, WYOTA web site and social media.
* Budgeting and financial management, regular communication with the Board of Directors.
* Fundraising and administration of the Wyoming Youth Tennis Foundation grants program.
* Serve as the Junior Development Coordinator 
* Serve as the District League Coordinator.

Salary - $35,000-$40,000 depending upon qualifications, with incentives for achieving goals defined in the USTA dashboard and increased participation in in junior and adult programs. Travel expenses reimbursed in accordance with the federal lodging and MMIE rates for Wyoming. Wyoming Tennis Association provides a laptop computer, printer, and cell phone for association business.
